The Challenge

GreenPath Consulting was a boutique firm with top-tier expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy. Their problem was "Brand Mismatch." Despite advising some of the most innovative companies in the world, their own digital identity felt academic, dry, and uninspiring.

The Strategy

We identified that in the B2B consulting world, the "Product" is the "Expertise." Our strategy was to center the brand around "Thought Leadership" and "Quantifiable Impact." We moved the conversation from "CSR" to "Business Resilience."

Identity Re-engineering

We developed a visual identity that used "Precision Green"—a palette that suggested both nature and high-tech efficiency.

Expertise Hub

We created a custom-coded content hub for their white papers and case studies, designed to be read by busy executives on the go.

The Execution

The redesign focused on "Data Storytelling." Instead of long blocks of text, we used interactive charts and simple infographics to explain complex sustainability metrics. The website became a demonstration of the firm's ability to simplify the complex.

We also implemented a LinkedIn-first content strategy. By ghost-writing and producing high-quality visuals for GreenPath's senior partners, we established them as the "go-to" voices for sustainability in the Benelux region.
