Platform Engineering

The Execution

We designed the UI to be "clean enough to feel modern, but warm enough to feel organic." High-quality photography, intuitive filtering by dietary requirements, and a 2-click checkout process were implemented to reduce friction.

Behind the scenes, we automated the dispatch process. Orders are now automatically routed to the nearest distribution point, reducing shipping times from 3 days to overnight for over 70% of their customer base.
